As we enter the last quarter on 2019, in addition to the regular update, we will have special reports on the “big three” CMS rulemakings: the Inpatient Prospective Payment System Final Rule, the Outpatient Prospective Payment Proposed Rule, and the Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule. Specifically, the October webinar will address:
  • The key issues in the FFY 2020 IPPS Final Rules, which go into effect on October 1, 2019.
  • Important Issues from the CY 2020 OPPS and PFS Proposed Rules.  
  • Medicaid DSH litigation update.
  • Other timely topics to be added.
