With 2019 now in full swing, we will survey the landscape. We will also have a special report on health information and the status of litigation concerning the ACA. Specifically, the July webinar will address:
  • Emerging issues in health information technology (including artificial intelligence).
  • Update on ACA and Medicare litigation, including the decision of the Supreme Court in Azar v. Allina Health Services, et al.
  • Other timely topics to be added.
