Miller is a partner in Alston & Bird's Atlanta office and focuses her
practice on healthcare litigation and regulatory compliance. Ms. Miller
represents a broad array of healthcare providers, including national hospital
chains, pharmaceutical companies, health plans, nursing homes, home health and
hospice providers. She represents healthcare clients in the defense of civil
