Session Two: Internal and Government Investigation Strategies

This four-part webinar series is for General Counsel, Compliance Officers, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.  When legal or regulatory compliance issues arise, the risks, costs, and disruption can be tremendous.  Using tried-and-true techniques to investigate, contend with, and resolve such issues can mitigate these burdens.  Learn from lawyers who have been through these matters many times.

These discussions will be based on real-life scenarios that participants will receive in advance, and will offer practical, actionable approaches to the most confounding challenges.

Session II: Internal and Government Investigation Strategies

We will discuss how to conduct solid internal investigations and hear from a former United States Attorney about what the government expects organizations to do and the investigative techniques that the government uses.
