Session One: Steps to Take When a Fraud, Waste or Abuse Issue is Discovered

This four-part webinar series is for General Counsel, Compliance Officers, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.  When legal or regulatory compliance issues arise, the risks, costs, and disruption can be tremendous.  Using tried-and-true techniques to investigate, contend with, and resolve such issues can mitigate these burdens.  Learn from lawyers who have been through these matters many times.

These discussions will be based on real-life scenarios that participants will receive in advance, and will offer practical, actionable approaches to the most confounding challenges.
